Reiki is a gentle and noninvasive way to to melt away stress, anxiety, tension and pain. Reiki can help with physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing by balancing a persons energy and releasing what is no longer needed in ones energy fields. The warmth of a practitioners touch helps achieve relaxation of the body, mind and spirit. Distance Reiki sessions are as effective as in person sessions.
